Ann graduated from the University of
Toronto Law School in 1992. She has an
Honours B.A. from the University of Western
Ontario in English and History, with a minor in French, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Queen’s University.
Ann articled at Simpson Wigle in Hamilton/ Burlington and started practicing law in
Burlington in 1995.
While it is always preferable to settle matters
out of court, that is not always possible in
Family Law. Throughout her career, Ann has appeared regularly in Provincial and Superior
Courts in Halton, Hamilton, Peel and Niagara, including trials, motions and conferences,
as a very effective and efficient advocate for her clients. Her expertise and experience have earned an enviable track record of success for her clients.
